I hope that the following will help. Just call or email me.

Highmoor Cross

George Chilvers left Chilvers Page, which he founded, in January 2009 to create a new practice, Highmoor Cross, a firm of property consultants offering property investment advice, a commercial property agency and Landlord and Tenant advice.

Nigel Price BSc FRICS joined as a consultant and concentrates on the Landlord and Tenant work.

George Chilvers started working in commercial property in the late 1960's with his father, Douglas Chilvers, and Hugh Thomson. The firm was then known as Campbell Thomson and Chilvers and had a number of offices.

The firm later moved into Cross Street in Reading's town centre and shortened its name to 'Chilvers'.

Part of 'Chilvers' subsequently became Lambert Smith Hampton and the other part Chilvers Page.

Chilvers Page remained in Cross Street until it was sold in 2008.

Highmoor Cross has been formed to offer an alternative small commercial property practice offering a personal service backed by the many years of experience in the property world, especially in Reading.

Highmoor Cross is always pleased to work with other agencies and to share our strengths and knowledge.
